Volvo C70 Roof Replacement – Labour Only (Mobile Service)
If you’ve sourced a complete C70 convertible roof in excellent condition, Tom can travel to you and fit it on your driveway. This is often a far more cost-effective solution than buying and installing a brand-new roof canvas.
The full installation takes approximately 4-5 hours and includes all required adjustments and a full calibration of the roof mechanism.
On some vehicles, the front window regulators may need adjusting to achieve a proper seal and reduce wind noise. If required, this is billed separately at £60 per hour.
This is also available at my premises by prior agreement, you will need to have the roof shipped to me.
Travel Costs
Travel is charged as follows:
£1 per mile from my address Bromley BR2 8BG
£15 per hour travel time
Example (Guildford):
47 miles + ~2 hours travel time
= £47 mileage + £30 time = £77 total travel cost.
All travel costs will be agreed in writing in advance, won't change if the journey takes longer than expected, but will be chargeable before travel please.

If Garage 303 Supplies the Roof
When Garage 303 has complete roofs in stock, they will appear in the shop. Prices depend on condition, typically:
£150 for good usable condition with some cosmetic damage, e.g. small areas of rubbing through the canvas, very minor holes, say 5/10 condition.
£300 for excellent condition with only minor visible wear, say 8/10 condition
£600 for exceptional condition, almost as-new, say 9.5/10 condition
